YOU ARE ALWAYS ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE / OR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER,

TO ENSURE THAT IT ARRIVES BACK TO INEZCO IN TIME.

ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK TO INEZCO AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE .

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND UNUSED WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL BOX.

RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, SOILED OR ALTERED WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE COSTUMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENCE.

YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES THAT ARE CHARGED FOR TRANSPORTING THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE BACK TO INEZCO.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE POSTAGE SERVICE AND RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE,

AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.

ONCE TEOTOKI HAS RECEIVED AND CHECKED YOUR ITEM WE WILL REFUND YOU BY YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD,

EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL COST FOR SHIPPING.

PAYMENTS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 WORKINGDAYS TO PROCESS.
